The Deposit Plan ("we") provides a USA-only document preparation product. This policy describes how we handle information you submit through our website and checkout.

Information we collect

• Contact details (name, email) you provide in intake or checkout.
• Property and contractor details you enter to generate your packet.
• Payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Basic analytics and UTM parameters for marketing performance (when enabled).

How we use information

• To generate and deliver your Deposit Recovery Packet.
• To process payments and send transactional emails.
• To improve the product and measure marketing (aggregated).
• To respond to support requests at support@thedepositplan.com.

Sharing

We use service providers such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/storage when configured), Resend (email when configured), and hosting (e.g. Vercel). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security

We retain order and packet data as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
